As the winter season sets in and the temperatures drop, we would like to extend a warm welcome to our valued Shareholders and guests to this edition of “A New Chapter.” With us being half-way through the year, we are excited to bring you the latest updates and happenings from your home-away-from-home, Kridzil. In this newsletter, we'll take you on a journey through the past few months, highlighting noteworthy events, achievements, and endeavours that have shaped our Resorts’ experience. Viewed Through the Lens:

For years, Kridzil has been your go-to spot for the ultimate holiday escape, mere steps from the beach and the finest attractions the South Coast has to offer. From refreshing swimming pools to comfortable apartments and child-friendly entertainment, we have ensured a memorable stay for all. Looking back at snapshots from a decade ago, we're bursting with happiness at the incredible evolution and positive transformation here at Kridzil. Come on, let's take a trip down memory lane together and see just how far we've come and where we're at now!

Resort Refurbs, Updates &

The Kridzil Team continues its commitment to delivering the ultimate vacation experience for our valued

Shareholders. Here are some of the refurbs we’ve done in the past 6 months:

Dish Racks

New dish racks have been placed in each unit.

Boundary Wall

The boundary wall at A

Block has been demolished, rebuilt and repainted.

Tar Surface

Repairs are underway for

the tar surfaces affected

by deterioration from wear

and tear.

Solar System

The Kridzil office and all access gates have

been connected to the

solar system.

Games Room

The games room underwent

a makeover to provide a

fresh new look and feel for children to enjoy.

Swimming Pool Wall

A 3 meter opening has been made in the wall to not only reduce water damage within the wall but also enhance the overall look of the pool area.

Refuse Structure

The refuse structure was removed, and the area was

filled up with sand,

compacted, and new

paving was installed.

Christmas Day

Christmas Day is a big deal for everyone, young and the young at heart! To ensure our guests felt the festive cheer right from the get-go, we decked up our Reception area with a charming Christmas setup. With load shedding still causing its share of challenges, we wanted to make sure our guests were equipped for cosy evenings. So, we came up with a nifty little gift idea—a jarred candle. Not only does it provide light during load shedding, but it also adds a dash of holiday cheer to their stay. Each jar is beautifully decorated on the outside, filled with beach sand, and topped off with a candle, bringing a warm glow and festive vibe to our guests' experience.

Valentine's Day

This Valentine's Day, we aimed for something special! The ladies received lovely flower arrangements while gentlemen got cute garden spades, each with a playful "I dig you" note. Just like lovebirds need each other, gardens need spades. To sweeten the deal, we served homemade Cremora tart, symbolizing the ups and downs of relationships - sweet & sour, but always amazing!

Easter Weekend

Due to renovations at the Reception, we had to get creative and turn the Resort manager's office into our temporary Reception. And with some Easter flair, we managed to transform it into a festive hub. Even Johnny Bravo and his baby bunny hopped in to spread Easter cheer! Plus, we treated our guests to some delicious Easter treats!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day is always so special, and this year was no exception. We were determined to ensure that our moms feel not just appreciated, but truly celebrated from the moment they stepped in for check-in. We went all out in decorating the units, getting everything ready to warmly welcome our guests and make their stay extra special.

“As the Resort Manager, it has been a tremendous privilege to lead and collaborate with this Team. Despite facing challenges and, ups and downs throughout 2023, the Team remained steadfast in their commitment to achieving set goals. Their willingness to adapt to my managerial approach and understand my operational style has contributed significantly to our collective success. The Team's dedicated efforts are clearly reflected in the scores received in 2023 and the overall appearance of our Resort and units. I am particularly proud of the growth and leadership displayed by our housekeeping supervisor, who has taken charge of her department with commendable competence. Witnessing individual growth and improvement within the Team is always gratifying, and I am genuinely proud to be a part of this dynamic and accomplished group. Looking forward to continued success and collaboration in 2024!”
